It would be “Work at Home Customer Service”. It is a seasonal job where
they hire 3 to 4 times per year. They should be hiring again soon for the
Mother’s Day season.
I am going to have to see if this opportunity is still available.
I know you mentioned the person must have an updated computer. Do you know
whether or not Mac users are accepted into some of the programs? A few
others I looked into last year said their work was all PC based and not Mac
compliant.

Can you tell me if the file audio quality is decent on those websites you
listed? I tried Rev.com for a while but so much of their audio is
incredibly difficult to decipher.
